Wiechs Ribbon Egg Noodles
Wiechs Ribbon egg noodles are so versatile and can be enjoyed in the simplest of dishes, say hot noodles and cheese, and right up to your most important dinner party. Served hot or cold, they will enhance any of your favourite recipes all year round. Ribbon noodles, like all of our products can be cooked before hand, kept in the fridge, and then blanched just before serving, leaving time for more important things.
We use all natural products with no preservatives. The noodles are slow dried for 2-3 days before being hand packed
