Wiech's Fine Egg Noodles
Wiech's Fine Noodles, sometimes used as angelhair, have many uses but none more popular than in Chicken Noodle Soup. This has been a staple favourite of Barossa Valley families for 80 years. Often called 'soup for the soul', generations have used this for Sunday night warmers, quick meals and to provide a boost for those feeling down or off colour. We use all natural products with no preservatives. The noodles are slow dried for 2-3 days before being hand packed
