True Spelt Noodles are so versatile and can be served with a range of sauces and vegetarian and meat based recipes. Spelt flour is derived from an ancient grain and many of our customers prefer True Spelt as it digests more quickly than other floury dishes. True Spelt is fast becoming our most popular product among the customers with wheat allergies and the health conscious. (not gluten free)
We use all natural products with no preservatives. The noodles are slow dried for 2-3 days before being hand packed.
Spelt flour, pasteurised egg and water.
