DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We do offer gift cards. You can select the amount you wish to spend on a gift card.
We can post a printed gift card on your behalf to the recipient if you wish. We do not charge any extra for this service.
All gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. However if the date runs out before use we will will allow an extension. Just message us and let us know. We won't refuse.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Postage within Australia is calculated automatically by the shopping cart.
You will be advised by a team member if extra delivery charges are applicable and asked for further instructions in relation to the order.
To make sure your order safely reaches you, a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is present to receive your parcel, a notice will be left at your address with alternative delivery or pick up options. However, you may choose to have your parcel left without a signature (e.g. on your front porch). We'll ask you to select your preferences at checkout in the delivery instructions field. Should you give us authority to leave your parcel, Flavour Gourmet Foods and our freight providers will not be held responsible for parcels left unattended against loss or theft.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Things are a little different under Covid 19 regulations. We store our products in a clean and sanitised environment. We take all the necessary cleaning and sterilizing practices, to ensure your products are packed using PPE. We can not accept returns for change of mind goods. If you receive gifts that are damaged contact us within 3 days of receipt. Whilst all care is taken Flavour Gourmet Foods cannot accept responsibility for grocery goods once they have been dispatched.
Should you be concerned about loss and and damage which may occur during delivery, please note you will need a further $7 (within Australia) to cover the cost of insurance and contact us by requesting that your package be sent with insurance.
